Refund policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important for international returns
When returning items internationally, parcels sent to China require the appropriate customs documentation. This usually includes a CN22 or CN23 customs declaration, as well as a Proforma Invoice clearly stating “Returned Goods.”
If these documents are missing, the parcel may be held by customs or returned by the carrier, which may prevent the return from being delivered.
Please note that refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received and inspected. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return is shipped correctly and reaches the return address.
